Jewellery Digital Experience

The whole collection.
Before the first tray comes out.

A showroom can only sell what it can physically put in front of a customer. JDXPro puts your entire collection on a tablet at the counter — every piece, every angle — so customers browse first, and your associate brings out exactly what they asked to see.

Every piece Every angle At the counter

The counter · JewShop

This is what your customer holds.

A tablet at the counter, running your collection. Open a piece, look at it from every angle, add it to a selection — this is the real thing, with real pieces from a live pilot.

Featured pieces

Fourteen pieces across five categories, all from live pilots. Four photographs went in for each, shot at the counter on a phone. Every view here came out.

The associate is not replaced

They start at the good part. Less lifting trays for undecided browsers, more time with a customer who already knows what they want to hold.

It works without the internet

Each counter is self-contained. Images and product details sit on the device, so a slow line never reaches the shop floor.

Price stays with your associate

The screen carries weight and purity only. The day’s rate is quoted at the counter, by a person, exactly as it is today.

Why it matters

The tray is the limit.

Nothing about how you sell changes. What your customer sees before it does.

A customer sees twelve pieces

You carry two thousand. A customer sees what fits on a tray, in the time their attention lasts. The rest of your showroom may as well not be there.

Nobody asks for what they have not seen

A customer chooses from what is in front of them. Browsing the whole collection first turns a narrow conversation into a wide one.

Trays leave no trace

Whatever came out and went back is gone the moment the customer does. Nothing about the way a tray works can tell you what nearly sold.

How it works

Four photographs at the counter.

No studio, no shoot day, and your gold never leaves the shop. A tag scan and four practical photographs become everything on the screen.

What your associate shot

Weight

Four photographs, taken on a phone at the counter with the tag still on — the piece front and back, plus the tag that carries its SKU and weight.

What came back

Nothing was reshot. Every view here was built from those four photographs, and the piece never left the showroom.

01

Capture

JewCap · Android

Your associate scans the tag, shoots four angles against a guided overlay, and answers only the fields your product data doesn’t already have.

  • The tag scan gives the piece its SKU ID
  • Front, back, left, right — at the counter, on a phone
  • Prompts only for what is missing, like chain length or ring size
  • No photography skill required

02

Create

Jewlogue · Web

The photographs meet your product data. Clean imagery, on-model and editorial presentation, and a written description come back for each piece.

  • Your nightly product export joined on SKU ID
  • Consistent imagery on your own brand template
  • Title, description, collection and occasion, written
  • Reviewed before anything reaches the floor

03

The counter

JewShop · Tablet

Finished pieces land on the counter. The SKU ID is the single thread running from the tag scan all the way to what a customer is holding.

  • Your collection, browsable by category
  • Every angle, on a model, in detail
  • Add to Selection, handed to your associate
  • One premium tablet included at launch

The loop

Removing the tray is only half of it.

Two thousand pieces with no guidance is its own kind of empty — faced with too much, people choose nothing at all. What makes the counter work is not that it can show everything. It is that it learns what to put first.

  1. A customer browses

Every piece, at their own pace, without asking for a tray.

  2. The counter records

Pieces viewed, pieces opened, pieces added to a selection.

  3. You see the ranking

Including the pieces looked at often and chosen almost never.

  4. You act on it

Deepen those pieces, and put them first everywhere they appear.

Back to one — and the next customer walks up to a better counter.

The list no register can give you

A till records what sold. It cannot record what was picked up, turned over and put back down — and those are the pieces worth acting on.

A design viewed constantly but rarely chosen is telling you something specific: restyle it, reprice it, or stop reordering it. No customer details are collected to learn any of this.

It decides what leads, everywhere

Today it tells you which pieces to put first at the counter, and which ones have earned deeper content. As the channel automations ship, the same ranking will choose what leads your website, what goes out on WhatsApp, and what earns the next Instagram slot.

Featuring stops being a guess. It becomes the shop floor's own evidence rather than an opinion formed away from it.

Content depth

Choose how much content each piece gets.

Every piece sits at a level and can move up later. The levels are supersets, not alternatives — upgrading never redoes work, and you only ever pay the difference.

Catalogue Ready

Every piece is online and findable.

Coverage first. Depth where it is earned.

You cannot know in advance which pieces deserve the full treatment, and we would rather you didn’t guess. Everything goes online at Catalogue Ready first.

Then the counter tells you which pieces people actually stop on, and those are the ones you lift to Counter or Campaign Ready. You don’t have to tell us which ones today.

You buy a balance, not a basket

Content is bought as a block you draw down against, so the mix is decided as the data arrives rather than at the point of purchase. More depth simply means fewer pieces, and you can see the arithmetic.

Nothing is nominated up front and nothing is capped. Pricing is quoted per showroomask us for a figure.

What a balance buys

Depth costs pieces. Here is the exchange rate.

Catalogue Ready
the baseline
Counter Ready
3.5× a Catalogue piece
Campaign Ready
Moving a piece up a level
2.5× — the same for either step

The same balance covers either shape:

  • 1,000 piecesall at Catalogue Ready
  • 625 pieces500 Catalogue, 100 Counter, 25 Campaign

Identical spend, your choice of shape — and because upgrading only ever charges the difference, you can start at the first and end at the second. Illustrative shapes, not a quota.

And then

The same content works everywhere else.

The counter is what the content is built for. But a piece that has been through JDXPro already exists in the shape every other channel asks for.

One piece. The clean front, the branded creative, the on-model and the editorial — each already the right shape for where it goes, with nothing reshot and nothing remade.
